Due to the fact the 2^ndissue for 2024 has been completed now, and the publication of the Special Issue is planned in September, we inform you that on March 15^th the acceptance of manuscripts for publication in the 4^th (December) issue begins release. Guest authors of the Special Issue are encouraged to submit their manuscript marked “for the Special Issue.”
