Authors need to register in the Eurasian Physical Technical Journal's site, and/or if you are already registered, you can simply sign in with your account and begin the multi-step process of submitting your article.

The manuscript must be uploaded via the electronic platform to the Eurasian Physical Technical Journal website by the corresponding author. An article by one Author (individually or in collaboration) may be published in theEurasian Physical Technical Journal no more than once during a calendar year.

Before sending (uploading) manuscript materials for publication, the authors (corresponding author) confirm that:

• I (We) have read and agree with the terms of publication in the Eurasian Physical Technical Journal;
• I (We) confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published by me (us) anywhere and has not been sent / is not under consideration for publication in another publication (s);
• I (we) guarantee and bear full responsibility for the fact that the placement of a scientific article in the journal does not violate anyone; copyright, principles, norms and standards, scientific and / or publication ethics;
• I (we) transfer non-exclusive rights to use the scientific article to the publisher of the Eurasian Physical Technical Journal for an unlimited period;
• I (we) have no objection to checking the manuscript for plagiarism and other signs of violation of publication ethics;
• I (we) transfer the rights to the editors and editorial board members to carry out scientific and literary editing of the manuscript without changing its fundamental provisions, to propose making the necessary changes, provided that the publication of the manuscript will be carried out after the authors have agreed on the final version of the article;
• I (we) have no objection to posting the article on the journal’s website in open access format after the manuscript is accepted for publication in the journal and the printed issue of the journal with the published article is distributed in libraries and other organizations and / or institutions;
• I (we) acknowledge the right of the editors to refuse publication of the manuscript if its design and content do not meet the requirements of the Eurasian Physical Technical Journal, or in connection with the ban on publication of the information contained therein established by regulatory legal acts and/or other official documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or in connection with the presence in the manuscript of violations of the principles, norms and standards of scientific and/or publication ethics;
• I (we) have no conflicts of interest with other scientists or members of the editorial board of the Eurasian Physical Technical Journal;
• I (we) not used Artificial Intelligence capabilities to write the article; in case of using AI to perform routine tasks, clean up grammar, optimize labor-intensive stages of processing research results, the authors followed Elsevier's ethical protocols for the use of generative artificial intelligence, and we will inform the editor about how and for what purpose AI was used, indicating links to sources, see https://www.elsevier.com/about/policies-and-standards/generative-ai-policies-for-journals
