Open access policy

"Eurasian Physical Technical Journal" is an open access journal. The Journal's editorial board fully supports Elsevier's statement that enabling open access to knowledge means "Promoting open access in the interests of researchers, science and society." We collaborate with our authors "to achieve their research goals and we do so without compromising on the things they trust us for: quality, rigorous peer review and research integrity".

According to the Open Access policy, after publication all articles are freely available to readers immediately on the website.

Our open access policy is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition - it means that articles have free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. For detail see BOAI statement https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org

User rights

Users are allowed to freely use the article, provided that its author and source are indicated, but only for non-commercial purposes. In addition, users are prohibited from making any changes to the work or in any way violating its integrity. For commercial use, you must contact the copyright holder to obtain a separate license permitting such use.

Author's rights

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal first publication rights to the work, simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which allows others to read, download, copy and distribute the work free of charge with acknowledgment of the work's authorship and links to publications in this journal. Authors retain the right to enter into separate contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of a version of the work as published here (e.g., placement in an institutional repository, publication in a book) with reference to its original publication in this journal. Authors have the right to post their work online (for example, on an institutional repository or personal website) before and during the journal's review process, as this may lead to productive discussion and more citations to that work.
