Users (authors) retain copyright on their articles. Accepted articles will be published in the Eurasian Physical Technical Journal, provided that the documentation on the rights to publish under the Open Access CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license is provided by the authors to the journal in full, which is provided in the online service as follows. 2) Authors must provide a Cover Letter / Permission from the management of the public or private research institution where the research was conducted. If the authors represent different institutions, the Сover letter/ Permission is issued by the institution of the corresponding author.

If the article authors work in scientific institutions of different countries, it’s necessary to provide an additional Сover letter/ Permission from two or more institutions (this is determined by the editor-in-chief).
