Copyright and Open Access Statements

The Eurasian Physical Technical Journal follows the guidelines and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (https://publicationethics.org/core-practices) and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice.

The Journal operates under an open access model and ensures transparency by:

  • clearly displaying license information on all published articles;
  • providing authors with guidance on licensing implications;
  • maintaining publicly accessible policies.

 

CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License

The Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license permits access, sharing, and redistribution of the work in its original form provided that:

  • proper attribution is given;
  • the work is not modified;
  • the use is non-commercial.

The following uses are not permitted or require the prior written permission of the author:

  • commercial use;
  • creation of derivative works, including translations, adaptations, or modifications.

 

Copyright and Publishing Rights

Authors retain copyright in their published articles (copyright owner). By submitting a manuscript, the author grants the Publisher a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute the article and defines the terms of reuse through standard open licenses. The Eurasian Physical Technical Journal ensures that:

  • copyright ownership is clearly defined;
  • licensing terms are transparent and publicly available;
  • authors are informed of their rights prior to publication.

 

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to:

  • deposit the Version of Record in institutional and subject repositories without embargo;
  • use the work for teaching, research, and academic purposes;
  • include the work in theses, dissertations, and future publications;
  • grant additional permissions beyond the selected license.

The Eurasian Physical Technical Journal respects authors' moral rights, including attribution and protection against misrepresentation.

 

User Rights and Responsibilities

Users may reuse published content strictly in accordance with the applicable license. All re-use must:

  • provide proper attribution to the author(s), Eurasian Physical Technical Journal, and source;
  • maintain the integrity of the scholarly record;
  • indicate any permitted changes (where applicable).

Cases of misuse or misrepresentation will be addressed in accordance with COPE guidelines.
